Setting is on a ranch. The hero of the book has waited for the young woman to come back after her fathers death. She loves this hero but is scared and she is trying to place together the history of the ranch and family with the heros help. However, she gets scared off by walking into his study and another woman is giving him a shoulder rub or trying too. He kicks the lady out and runs out after the young woman.

>1 ea6bwife: You're going to have more luck tracking down this title if you repost your query with a more descriptive subject line. Everyone here is looking for a title.

The more descriptive you are, the more likely someone is going to have that 'ah-ha' recollection and click on your message to reply. Something like, romance, ranch setting might be a good place to start.

Edit -- Oh, you revised your subject line; thanks!

Do you have a rough date range as to when you read this book? (Recently? Ten years ago?) A date can help narrow the search.

About 5 years ago. I know the ending is of the heroine finding out what the hero of the story kept from her and she rides out into a severe storm and he takes off after her and they resolve it. That's about all I can remember.

I believe the hero's name was Carson. But not for certain.
