I have a family member that's interested in a career in baseball marketing, and I'd like to get her a book that she'll find interesting and informative, preferably relevant to working behind the scenes in baseball. I don't really know much about baseball books, so I'm looking for suggestions. Thanks!

Outside of that, Moneyball is the mass-market classic about building an MLB contender. Feeding the Monster is more specific to Red Sox team culture. All Roads Lead to October looks into the Yankee's ownership.
