Both of these books are way too slow for me. That's not even the half of it.
When I was reading Drop I felt like I was being taken all over the place. Had no clue to what Mat Jackson was trying to say with it's characters. And Waiting In Vain was sooooooooooo boring. I don't even know what to say about this book. Usually, if I'm bored with a book I'll hurry up and read it, so I'll get to the ending. But I just couldn't do it with this book. I had to stop reading it by the time I got to the 7th chapter.
But I'm gonna try to read these books again. Maybe, I was just in a bad mood when I started reading them and somehow missed something.
Did you read these books? If so, what did you think of them?

I have not read them, but I have a contrary streak in me that wants to read stuff that other people find bad.
Slow books can be boring, but sometimes they appeal to me.

I read "Drop" and I also found it to be a disappointment. It seemed like it would have been more exciting.
