Adult romance book read about 5-8 years ago. It was one of those harlequin or mills and boon books I think. Man tracks down his (ex) or estranged I forgot which wife. He finds her at her work I think it’s a bar or dinner I think and follows her home. It’s at night and when he enters the house he sees a young child that looks like him he ask her how old the child is and realizes it’s his and she was pregnant when she left him. He strikes a deal with her to come back with him. She left him initially because she thought he cheated on her. Later in the book while he is away she sees some news that looks like he did it again I think with the same woman but instead of running again she stays and when he comes home turned out it was either staged or false. I remember as he was following her home i think it was a small house he came up behind her when she entered they either talked their and drew the child in the room or she was greeting him in the doorway and he say him he turned to her/him and asked "How old is the boy" something along those line and knew it was his child. I think he even threatened to take him from her but she relented and went with him
I read this a while ago almost 10 years if anyone could provide me with any information I would be really grateful
