Yes, it’s new. They did an earlier DLE of the Musketeers, but it was illustrated by Maurice LeLoire.

Incidentally, I’ve noticed that almost all their recent DLEs have a limitation of 1,200. It must be their new standard.

If you simply want the Wheelwright Illustrated Three Musketeers without spending that kind of money, you can find the original Dodd Mead edition for as low as $65 (or best offer) on Ebay or even better a decent readers digest edition for as low as $12.
