Found: Help; Romance novel where Heroine does not know she is pregnant with older brother's child instead of younger

Hello! I read this book few years ago but now can't seem to recall the name.

This is a romance novel where heroine thinks she is pregnant with younger brother's child but in reality it's the older brother's kid. Heroine used to date the younger brother before he joins the army and is killed in action. Heroine is raised/taken in my the brother's parents. Parents dislike/hate the older son for some reason. I don't remember any other details.

I've been looking for this book for over 2 years now so any help would be appreciated!
