Here’s a vent :D

I have a slight feeling that I may have dissociation disorder, and when I asked my friends if they knew what it was, they just kinda ignored me. They do that a lot, and it makes me feel obnoxious and annoying, so I just kinda shut down. Also, whenever I play Genshin Impact, I tell them that I can get on, because I can’t get on very often. They make a lot of excuses for why they can’t get on, so I just play by myself for a while. As soon as I get off, I see them start a call and i can see them online, probably playing together in each others worlds. I am a lower level than them, so it is kinda hard to keep up and they have to wait for me a lot. Idk really know how to feel right now, but I’m super stressed and I had like a half panics attack earlier and I just started breathing heavier and shaking my hands and stuff, so it wasn’t super noticeable. It feels like they’ve been super distant from me lately and idk what to do.

I love them so much and I really don’t want to lose them, but I don’t know how to tell them that that kin did stuff makes me feel bad. And when I do tell them stuff like that, they just kinda joke around with it saying all this stuff that makes me feel worse like “well I don’t care” or “lol sucks to suck”

Fuck I hate relying on other people but I really can’t talk to anyone right now besides this

Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID): Formerly known as multiple personality disorder, DID involves the presence of two or more distinct identities or personality states within an individual.

Dissociative Amnesia: This involves memory loss or gaps in memory that are typically related to traumatic or stressful events. The person may be unable to recall important personal information or experiences.

Depersonalization/Derealization Disorder: This disorder involves feelings of detachment from oneself (depersonalization) or a sense of unreality or detachment from the external world (derealization).

also side note this is what would happen if it goes untreated and i dont want to assume you have it am just teaching you of the health effects okay? (chat gpt helped with this)
