Just over a week to go! Got your Halloween decorations up yet? Xmas decs start right after Halloween, so enjoy it while you can.
Some stores in my area are already selling Xmas stuff.
Maybe I'll use Halloween as a template for Xmas this year. Nooses hanging from the bows ... the yule log chain-sawed to look like a screaming head ... a zombie impaled at the top of the tree.
Hey, Saturnalia -- the real first Xmas -- involved a week of debauchery and concluded with the execution of the selected 'king.' Why not revert back to kinder, gentler times. LOL.

I've had my decorations up for a little over a week. The noose from the trees is a good idea. I don't have a tree in the front, so maybe from the porch with a black light.

#3 - I just went to look at it - wow. That's a very scary looking pumpkin. I made one once but I might as well have just driven over it in my car and stuck a candle in the mush. Pumpkin carving is obviously a talent of yours but it isn't one of mine. I bought a ceramic one the next year.
