I enjoyed it.
The Adult Intimate scenes are on the mild side, but they are still steamy.

It was definitely interesting and had some humorous moments.
Also some 'Clues' as to what is coming in the Fever series and what is going on with the Dark King and the Queen of Fae. In fact, I kind of suspected something like that was involved with them.

Now on to The Fever Series!

I had to give thus one only 4 stars because even though it was a great book, it felt really rushed. still a great book just there wasn't no build up, none of that tension that you crave from Karen Marie Monings books...don't get me wrong there was tension, but it just wasn't the same. ( )

Aedan was tricked by the Unseelie King to 500 years in his icy kingdom, after which he'll have one cycle of the moon to love and be loved. The Seelie Queen weaves a tapestry for Aedan's one true love, to aide him. Jane finds herself whisked back in time. It's sweet, loving, sensual and even heartbreaking at times. For a short story it is very rich.

hey, it only took me 5yrs to finish this series! A very short novella not worth the time in my opinion except for a couple lines about the Unseelie Dark King. Did Moning ever do a story about him because I'd sign up for that with freaking bells on? ( )

Yes this was a short story, but it still wasn't what I was expecting from KMM. It was ok, and in the end I probably could have done without reading it. But I wanted to finish the series. ( )
