Charlie is growing and kind of relaxing a bit. Things are still out of control but she's handling it better. She's even not as uptight about Hank. She gets Bryn unpossessed but in the process Sirens take Hank. Next book we get to go rescue Hank, looking forward to it! (

The Good: I love this series. I fell in love with Charlie from the first page of the first book and this book makes me love her that much harder. Oh, and Hank. I do love him so. Some really great action happens here, but more importantly, some extremely necessary character insights and developments. There are some phenomenal emotional highs and lows going on in this book. This series keeps getting better and better.

The Bad: Not a thing. (

I picked up book one of the Charlie Madigan series with some trepidation. I am very, very happy to say that I am absolutely thrilled that I did. With her exceptional world building, and her strong female characters, I found that I couldn't put Charlie down. I burned through books 1, 2, and three in two days, and I must say, I nearly cried when I realized that I had to actually WAIT for the next installment! Please, Please..........More! (
