As expected of a 'bonus story', this was really just enough to tease at the world and the characters - less than 15 pages, in this case, which is actually a bit shorter than I did expect.

The world and the characters were interesting - and the formatting errors were mostly small enough for me to skim past without much difficulty - but I didn't feel any particular desire to rush out and find the first book proper.

I might give it a read if I happen to come across it, but I was not involved enough with the characters or curious enough about the tiny bits of their world I got to feel a need to keep reading and find out more. ( )

A good introduction to these characters. A quick read that makes me want to read more by this author. ( )

This excerpt was a great glimpse into what the full length book might offer, once it is released in 2012. I am dismayed that the release isn't in the beginning of the year but in the Winter. I really wouldn't want to wait such a long time to finish reading something I enjoyed almost a year ago,who would? However, Intuition is a like able story about twin siblings, a boy named Luke and a girl named Sera. Luke can see the future and Sera can heal. The cliffhanger, that you are left with at the end of the excerpt, is the Luke seeing Sera dead in a red cave. I want to know what will happen and will Luke be able to stop the future and save his beloved sister Sera. ( )

I got a free copy of this book from Amazon and I'm so glad I did.

This novella gives us some insight into Luke and Sera, twins with remarkable gifts. Luke is a Seer. He has visions of the future but he is unable to do anything about those visions. Sera is a healer and can heal with the touch of her hands.

I really loved this introduction to Luke and Sera. Their sibling connection is really awesome. You can see how they care about each other and how they would do anything for one another.

When Luke has a vision of the future that scares him, he refuses to tell Sera what it was about. But she knows, deep down. And the scariest part is she knows there will be no stopping it.

I cannot wait to read this series...this introduction was just, WOW! I tore through it. The background information was great and the scenery is completely set for the next book.

Awesome job by the author. Looking forward to the next read!

5 out of 5 stars! ( )

I found this while browsing through the author's website. And no, I was not stalking.Intuition is a short story of only a few pages set before Intangible - sort of like a prequel. In this short story, you can get a glimpse of Luke and Sera's gifts -or curse, depends on the situation - as well of the vision a.k.a impending doom that would forever change their lives in Intangible. This was also going to be related to something significant in the first book. You should know what to expect in Intangible after reading this short but detailed story.I think Intuition is a perfect teaser for Intangible. It - and the author's writing style - hooks you up and leaves you wanting to know more about the twin's fates especially Sera's. ( )
