I didn't enjoy the style of writing, but I did find what she had to say interesting. She does seem old fashioned, which I found to be refreshing, and seems unusual in Hollywood. This is a quick read and does offer some insight into Kyle's life. There are many nice pictures included. Although not a biography, I was hoping for more about Kyle growing up, but I guess that's because I am interested in her sister Kim. I am actually named after Kim's character on "Escape to Witch Mountain". Maybe Kim will write a book too. ( )

I enjoy watching Kyle on RHOBH, but it was obvious that I didn't read the book jacket very closely. I thought it would be more of an inside look to the show but it was more like of girlfriends chatting about men, hair, make up and how to through a party. Nevertheless, it was a quick and entertaining read. ( )

I enjoyed this book as a mindless alternative to the actual show. Kyle Richards did a nice job staying positive and supportive. She upholds strong family values and has the ability to laugh at herself. I found the writing distracting (as well as her oft-included "Hahaha's), but she has an all-American, Hollywood story. As hard as she tries (and I do appreciate her effort), I certainly cannot relate to her, and quite frankly don't want to--- I would rather read about her fantastic shopping trips at Neiman Marcus than the great time she has at Target (which for her is a divey, infrequent, trip with her daughters and nieces where they spend all day looking around and eat lunch at the snack bar, and for me is an actual shopping trip when I do have a some time and money to spend on myself). I borrowed it from the library, and read it in an evening. ( )
