It's why I tried to continue to read the book. My problem with the book is the use of the word "magic" even though that is the title of the book. She overuses the word and gives the reader the impression that if they follow her advice, life will magically improve. This suggests a sudden change or overnight change that is rare. While her suggestions can help(living a life of gratitude, or the importance of writing dreams out), it seems deceiving to use the word "magic" as if there is not some personal work involved. ( ) Let me begin my review with a very common quotation ' never judge a book by its cover', well this made a sense in an inverse way... The cover is attractive and catchy but the content is good and the thoughts that have been shared are quite genuine. Simply, I was expecting something more.. Or may be I have been through other philosophical sources because of which it didn't excite me much, leaving up to you guys. But yes, it may sound amazing for those who are going to indulge in philosophical genre for the first time. The book begins with several inspirational paragraphs and good suggestions regarding how to lead your life in a positive way. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Magic of life has to be observed as it is everywhere around. Hence, would rest my case with 2.5/5 stars. A good read for beginners. 😉 geen besprekingen | voeg een bespreking toe
