This is a precious collection of poems. My favorite poem was "Spring Rain." I loved the word play at the end, "How do you dew?" Each poem is either about the weather or things that grow in nature or an animal's perspective on things. ( )

The book show that how different seasons reflect on animals and planet's reflection.

Most of the poems in book have to do with nature and those poems are beautiful. Some poems were good, but some were really bad and I could not grasp their meaning. For the most part, I really enjoyed the pictures which were colorful and cool. ( )

I have a difficult understanding poems that don't have a rhyming rhythm to them. The ones that did rhyme I enjoyed very much, like "Sand House" My children and I started tapping a beat to each poem to see if there was a rhythm. It was fun for us all.
