I'm not sure I'll stop reading this book as it's a reference book for me. I've had it for quite a long time, but I always used the internet when I had problems. I finally got inspired and sat down with this book and looked through the entire thing, pulling out what is useful.

It's an incredibly useful book, even if it's a bit dated. I love using GIMP and I want to improve my skills. This book helped me do that. So here we are. It feels so weird counting books I use for work. But, they are books and they take up my reading time. ( )

Browsed so far, looks very comprehensive and already learned useful things about making textures (for Second Life and Open Sim, and web design generally).
