Loved the action, the romance, and even the cliff hanger of this book have me enthralled, wanting to read the next one. (And since it's Malcolm's turn....goodie, goodie, goodie!)
Phelan...oh so many things come to light about Mr. Suave and Sexy, now we know why. And how he learns about his past and now his lady love, a drough, something he has sworn to rid the world of...YIKES! But I love how we got to see how love can change him and in turn how he feels about his place within the MacLeod family.
Aisley, another one whom we suspected is more than just meets the eye but DAMN, that much more. With all her secrets revealed I understand why she had to be the perfect match for Phelan. Only someone with her heritage could take on all that is Phelan and was rattling in his closet.
Wallace...with that thing ever die?!?!?! I know, can't have good without some evil but this guy takes the cake!
Larena..what is going to happen to her? Will Britt and Aiden find something to help her or will Fallon be lost without his mate?
Malcolm...our dear damaged Malcolm, will he lose himself or just be just be another pawn for Wallace as the ending foreshadows.

All in all, this is one I'll probably re-read a few times. Quick paced, witty, romantic and even makes you shed a tear or two; in other words, a very good book. ( )

Phelan is drawn to Aisley and hunts her while hunting for the evil druid Jason. He doesn't realize she's drough and she's afraid to tell her secrets. They also search to find a solution to capturing/containing the selmyr. Not only their story, little peeks into the other couples and new druids.
