In this story Bear and Mole are the main characters. In this story Bear is teaching Mole how to ride his bike without the use of training wheels. Of course, like all of us, the first couple of times Mole rode his bike without training wheels it was kind a rough go for him. At times Mole would get frustrated with hi progress, but Bear would always be there to help pick him back up. Overall, this is a story of true friendship and patience. I liked this try because it reminded me of when my dad was trying to teach me how to ride a bike without training wheels. I think most young children who are learning to ride a bike without training wheels can also relate to this story. Which is why this may be a good book to have in a classroom, especially when teaching students who are at the age where they would start learning how to ride a bike. ( )

Modern Fantasy: This book is about a bear and a mole. They are great friends and the mole is learning how to ride a bike with out training wheels. The mole gets on and the bear gives him a soft push but a couple yards late the mole falls. The mole try's to give up buy bear wont let him. The bear gets him back up and gives him another push and the mole is on its way riding with the wind.

The book tells the story of Mole wanting to ride his bike without training wheels. It shows that even though he falls a few times he always picks himself up and tries again until he finally gets the hang of it. ( )
