Diminishing returns on this second instalment. Clear degradation in the art (different artist), and the story was a lot thinner this time around.

Fillmore Press has become much more cartoonish and unbelievable in his Hannibal role as advisor to the Bedlam Police Department, and the villain of the piece is a touch more diabolical than the last one in Volume One, but far less believable.

Put it this way, if there was a third volume to read, I'd very likely skip it. This one didn't do much for me. ( )
