Plot Summary:
There is a shepherd who took care of his sheep. The sheep knew they were safe with the shepherd, but one little sheep wanted to venture off on his own. He wandered all day but eventually became lost. The sheep was attacked by many scary animals, and missed his shepherd very much. Just when he thought all hope was lost, his shepherd found him! He was forgiven for leaving the heard, and everyone was happy to see him return.

Personal Evaluation:
This was a very cute book. It is kind of like the Parable of the Prodigal son. The lamb leaves, gets into trouble, is able to return, and welcomed back with open arms. The illustrations were very bright and colorful when necessary. It was very well done. (
