This book was shorter than the first, but hit hard on a subject that can be considered very sensitive to some - that of miscarriage. It's interesting how vividly Sandra Edwards portrays the pain and enduring loss a miscarriage can have on a woman... a couple... and a marriage... and she doesn't shy away from the issues of (secondary) infertility, either. While the love story between Andre and Tasha was heartwarming, I think what really sold me on this book was the ability of the author to pull me into their lives - even the messy parts. ( )
