This book is more pictures than words. He attended school at the age of seven and as a teenager he worked with the red cross. He spent most of his childhood on the family farm. In the 1920's Walt went through his first business failure--but also experienced his first big success with Mickey Mouse premiering in the first cartoon with synchronized sound. Each section of the book is focused on a decade of his life. The book has more pictures than words, because Walt Disney thought life was spoken through pictures. I noticed that throughout the book, most of his animations and movies were about his life experiences. ( )
