I really like that this book talks about processes both for individuals and for organizations. It's very easily organized for facilitators but also has sections with case studies to give guidance. Find Your Why shows where you can find certain concepts in the original book. Just a great book. (

Das ist ein sehr gutes Arbeitsbuch, das erklärt, wie man mithilfe eines Partners oder eine Partnerin bzw. eines Moderators oder Moderatorin das "Warum" einer einzelnen Person oder einer Gruppe von Menschen finden kann.

Einen Stern Abzug gibt es, weil das Buch nicht von Simon Sinek geschrieben wurde. (

This is a much better book than “Find Your Why”, because it is very practical. It gives a practical spin to the theoretical underpinning of the first book, and it does so from the perspective of a practitioner.

Unlike the first book, the authors do not repeat themselves endlessly in this volume. There is a lot of material that I think I can implement, and I like this a lot.

I will probably buy the print version as soon as the lockdown is lifted. (
