A war as extensive and long-lasting as World War II produces an incalculable number of artifacts. And museums as big and well-stocked as the Imperial War Museums have plenty of the ones you'd expect to find: tanks, jets, helmets, guns, and the like. The book called weird war two is about different ways the axis and allies tried to trick the
enemy. Some of the ways are weird. Such as pistol pipes and factories that look like tiny towns.
In some cases the Lockheed factory's actually had towns built over them and even had laundry
changed from day to day. Or like on D-Day . When they used inflatable balloons that look like
tanks, planes, and trucks. The Germans tried this and failed an had wood bombs dropped on
wood airfields saying "wood for wood." So that is what the book is about

I rate this book a 5 out of 5, because of its info. It is 100% true info. It also is a 5 star book
because it is very good at distributing info. It is also a good mix of images and info to teach you
about the facts. It also is a fun read and surprises you with a lot of new info. Another reason that
I rated it a 5/5 because I love these types of books. It is also explanatory on how stuff was
invented then that is still used now. All in all the righter did good job and I highly recommend
you read it. ( )
