The Simi's ABCs: Adventures with Dark-Hunters is a book that has grabbed the attention of my 2 year old and has helped him to begin learning his letters. He enjoys having this read to him multiple times a day and will bring it to me to read to him if it is not read to him. He enjoys the illustrations and laughs at some of the ways that the characters are represented in the book. It has comic book inspired illustrations that pop right off of the page. The bright colors used to bring these characters to life draws your eyes into the book in an almost hypnotic manner. I would recommend this book to anybody whether they like the book series this book is based on or not. It is interesting enough to get the attention of a 2 year old and make him sit down and want to read it could do that for almost any other elementary level child as well. (
