"The Bonedrake’s Penance" [short story] by Yoon Ha Lee was innocent, so innocent, and such a touching story about war and peace, about motherhood, and about saving things and letting them exist in their own way.
"Sekhmet Hunts the Dying Gnosis: A Computation" by Seth Dickinson is what I'm beginning to think of as "typical Seth Dickinson" meaning a bit esoteric, a bit moody, and all around wonderful.
"The Goddess Deception, (Part 2)" by Dean Wells concluded in this issue. This was one of those times where I finished Part 1 in Issue #142 and immediately opened this issue so I could finish the story. It was a steampunk mystery, of sorts, with politics, aliens, and pretty flowers. ( )
