Eleven books read over 5 years and what a journey!

I will just simply reiterate that Hawk has created something special here. It has romance and epic love and a battle against good and evil that is complex and rich with legend and lore.

What I will remember most is that this series has heart.

I’m sad to say goodbye to this wonderful group of characters and again, if you haven’t started with [b:Widdershins|16128152|Widdershins (Whyborne & Griffin, #1)|Jordan L. Aaahhh! This was absolutely PERFECT! ❤️ I couldn’t have wished for a more fitting ending to one of my all-time favorite series! Hawk tied up all the loose ends beautifully. I was SO afraid that they might kill off one of our poor heroes for dramatic effect, and to be sure, things did get a bit hairy for a moment there… But Whyborne & Co. are pros at getting in and out of trouble!

These books will always hold a special place in my heart… With each one, the author took me on a wonderful journey, and while that journey’s end was immensely enjoyable, it was still an END. So…

Goodness, I don't know why this book seemed so determined to make me cry! lol. I just feel so invested in these characters by this point. I'm not sure how well it would really stand on its own, being the culmination of the entire series, but it's my favorite of all of them. ( )

A worthy ending for an amazing series. I really enjoyed it.

Last book of a fantastic series! The author wraps up all her loose strings nicely. Quite a bit more battle action in book 10 and this one than the preceding stories and although it kind of edged out the more emotional scenes which populated a good portion of the series, I'm not complaining because I just loved the way it all finished out. As far as Christine's original discovery which kind of set everything in motion, I think the way the author had it all come full circle was fantastic.

I so badly would love to see this series made into movies (as long as it is done correctly). I even have ideas on actors and a script LOL
