Great book for learning to have good boundaries yourself. Another reviewer said it is solely for those with trauma. This is incorrect. This book is good for everyone who needs to work on having boundaries, and everyone needs to work on boundaries.

What are boundaries? Boundaries are those lines you do not want people (sometimes including yourself) to cross.

The subtitle sounds as though the material might be relevant to everyday relationships where you might need to stick to your guns a little more. Not so much. It's mostly about abuse, trauma, and seriously dysfunctional behavior, and presents a very casual take on a weighty subject. Might be useful for some to open the door to getting help. Not the book I was looking for, however. ( )
