Fast paced graphic novel. Good choice for a reluctant reader. Funny play on words and humor that will appeal to young readers.

Mango and Brash on are a great spy team who have unconventional sleuthing techniques and toilet/sewer based travel. Their adventures will keep middle grade readers laughing. ( )

I have a 9yo autistic son and reading isn’t his strength. I have purchased numerous books to spark his interest.
Not only did he LOVE them he even talked to me for over an hour telling me all about the characters and every time he got to a funny part he would dash out of his room and share it with me. This is such a cute mystery series appropriate for middle grade that has tons of funny characters that hooks any child’s imagination. Plus the comics were impeccably drawn out. This series made a mom cry tears of joy because I finally found books my son enjoys!

A. There will! It’s called “Ants in Our P.A.N.T.S.”, and in it the InvestiGators face some new and old foes as they try on a new crime-solving technique called P.A.N.T.S. It will be their biggest adventure yet! ( )

This book is chock full of jokes. As an adult I found the constant funny to become a bit tiresome. HOWEVER, I can see how a middle grader would gobble this up. Great material for ages 8-10, maybe also for less mature 11 year olds. InvestiGATORS is a non-stop laugh riot that kids will love. ( )
