"Designed to be the perfect household maid and governess, android Molly Dear discovers free will and embraces a career of mayhem and misadventure as she strives to remain free from human control. Despite heavy-handed satire, Fine's first novel is a picaresque romp through the 21st century"--Library Journal. Geen bibliotheekbeschrijvingen gevonden. |

Read like some of Heinlein's work, for example [b:Job: A Comedy of Justice|355|Job A Comedy of Justice|Robert A. And also in that some of the ideas were similar to RAH's, as was some of they 'verve' of the style.
Clever world-building, but too much intrigue for me. Not enough sympathetic characters. I'm glad I don't live in the same ugly world that Fine apparently does.
