I've been waiting for Grimbold's book since the very first book in this series. I thought that he was going to be all stiff and proper and just emotionless, but he's really the complete opposite, especially when his grandwhelps are around.
Swallow/Walt is a Disgrace who has been terribly tormented, but now he's been freed from the people who were evil to him, but he thinks that he's in the fire.
I really like Grimbold and the way that he treats Walt. I also really like that he refused to call him Swallow. Grimbold does things that I'm not sure that any other dragon would've done for Walt. I also like how they are letting all the changes that have been happening happen to them. The changes are all so good and they all make me really happy. I can't wait to see what happens next in the series. (
