It is great for people who can't start their mediation practice or feel like mediation is not working for them after the initial drive runs out. This program is highly practical and effectively deals with the most common excuses, doubts, and fears, leaving a listener no reason to NOT meditate.
As a result of this down-to-earth approach, this book might come across as "shallow" and too prescriptive. There's certainly more depth and nuance to mediation that is not covered here. I think it is intentional and serves its purpose. However, I missed some resources at the end for listeners who would like to expand their knowledge and understanding of this subject.
I appreciate the author cutting down on "fluff" to the minimum, but still this 3+ hours long program could be easily turned into a blog post or ( )
