This book is a good example of a fantasy because the author creates a believable world where the boy travels by rockets but it actually can not happen. Concerning plot, the character travels to an old west town where he has to help out the locals fight off some bullies. He is in a person vs. person conflict with the bullies to try to figure out a way to make them leave and he succeeds when he scares them with his flying abilities and power. This is a great example of fantasy because Archie used rockets to fly around the bad guys and defeat them. Also, by using his suspender straps he was rocketed home .... 30 miles which could only happen in a fantasy book. ( )
