I love Christmas story season and was blessed to receive a copy of this novella collection from @janinerosche. I enjoyed Janine’s contribution, Dreams in Toyland, and thought I would share a few thoughts.
This was my first read of the season and was a good reminder of how important it is to give to others. I enjoyed that both the characters were toy makers and I liked watching Peyton learn what the real Joey Kiljoy of Kiljoy Toyz was like since she had so many preconceived notions. It was a sweet story filled with lots of charity and the right amount of romance.

I have not had a chance yet to read the others in the collection, but I definitely will because I don’t want to miss an opportunity to read a holiday story by @pepperbasham, @caracputman,, and @teresatysinger_author. I just know they will be wonderful stories!

For all you KU readers, this novella collection is available on kindle unlimited.

Thank you to Janine Rosche for a copy of this collection in exchange for an honest review. All opinions expressed are entirely my own. ( )

Christmas in Mistletoe Square is a charming collection of Christmas novellas, each penned by a different talented writer. The stories are all based in the small town of Kedgewick Creek, North Carolina and involve the activities around Mistletoe Square. Some of the characters are involved in more than one story, but they all have different main characters. It was delightful to see each author’s take on the theme and how they tied the tales together. For a delightful start to the holiday season, grab this novella collection and treat yourself to some Christmas cheer. ( )

This book contains four stories written by four amazing authors that wrote enjoyable and cohesive stories revolving around a town called Kedgewick Creek in North Carolina. This book is a contemporary romance for four couples. The stories are unique and very interesting and will put you in a happy holiday mood.
Being a former drama major and fan, there was a story which was about the town theater and the struggles of a couple as they work through a difficult rocky road in their relationship.

The authors are Christian authors and so the stories all reflect this along with themes of forgiveness of things which occurred in their past and hope for things yet to come. The four stories are each unique from one another, yet blend together so well as the book progresses. I enjoyed it very much.

I received a copy from the authors with no expectation of a positive review. All thoughts are my own. ( )

Four noted Christian authors put their own spin on romance in a Christmas themed town.
The Christmas Clue to Finding You- Pepper Basham: An annual scavenger hunt for the perfect date. Was Piper’s old classmate really someone to avoid at all costs? She will follow the clues to her happily ever after. Told with the authors signature wit.
Silver Bell Secrets-Cara Putman: Avery Blair has a secret that makes her wary of a book deal from a persistent publisher. But Hunter tries to get on her good side by stuffing the book donation box in her combination book shop/coffee bar. A little suspense, too!
An Unscripted Christmas- Teresa Tysinger: A story of a seemingly stable marriage of an older couple. Ellie and Oliver learn to recapture their Happily Ever After and realize that communication and listening to God is important in their relationship.
Dreams In Toyland- Janine Rosche: Peyton, a small toyshop owner jumps to conclusions about Joey Killjoy, Santa’s helper in disguise. Lots of great Christmas references from nostalgic toys to A Christmas Carol.
These come across with the spirit of cooperation, selfless giving and forgiveness. Just the thing to get you in the Christmas Spirit. Well done ladies!

* I received a complimentary copy of these ebook novellas from the authors. I was not required to give a favorable review. All opinions are my own * ( )
