This quick read prepares us readers for what’s next in the new series by the author and for such a short read I was emotional. You see young love start as friendship and develop into more then life has a way changing it instantly but fate seems to have other plans. I can’t wait to see what happens for Travis and Harlow because Travis not only broke Harlow’s heart he hurt mine too. I am equally mad and in love with Travis as well as waiting not so patiently and dying of anticipation for their book. It takes talent to get readers fired up for a new series in such a short sweet read but this author knows exactly how to tug on the heart strings and have us dying for more. ( )

Novella Review:

This was a nice short quick read here. I really had a blast with this one here and it was so adorable in how our couple for the first book meet as that is a second chance romance. There is a cliffhanger as we see how their relationship ended things. But this one gives some background information on our pair and I really thought it was a cute fast read. And yeah it ends very interestingly. But it is a cliffhanger so make sure you have book one ready to go! ( )

When Harlow and Travis meet at college, there’s an instant attraction between them and soon they are seeing each other. Since they’re both studying veterinary medicine, they spend time together in class; they study together.

And they’re both happy with the relationship.

Travis and Harlow were fine until he overheard a simple comment, made a decision, and effectively severed the relationship. There’s always the possibility of them getting back together, but they may find the road far bumpier than they expected.

The main characters are well-defined; the unfolding story, told alternately by Harlow and Travis, defines their attraction to each other, their friendship, and their growing relationship. Broken hearts seem to be the order of the day but readers will have to wait until June for the to find out what happens to the couple in the continuation of this Southern Wedding story.
