I did not finish as I didn't like the subject matter.

The plot of this story is quite good - so much so that I was tempted to see if it was based on truth. The telling, though, read like a flat new report. I kept hoping it would fill out the visuals for me or add some insight or anything to bring some emotions and adjectives into the story. I was so disappointed because the story is clever and intriguing.

This was a great book. I couldn't put it down until the end. There was a lot of twist and turns in the plot. After the main character saved a women's life and what she did in return was unbelievable. This was an easy read and an easy follow plot. I would give it 10 out of 10 stars.

Honestly I only read the first 10-15% of the book because it just kept getting bogged down with seemingly irrelevant details. Far too convoluted, even in that small bit, for my taste. ( )

This was a pretty lengthy and convoluted read to get through. There are quite a few twists and turns that keep you engaged, although some I just deemed as unrealistic. While its a good enough book, it struggled to really get me hooked. ( )
