Overall, generally good advice to remember that you and your child(ren) are inherently good inside and to pinpoint the why of behaviors, not just the actions themselves. Lots of good tips on building resilience and confidence in decision making over quick fixes that instead teach compliance.
'course, I have an infant so have yet to really attempt to put any of these into practice but it's a good mindset to think of as we head towards communicating with each other! (
