This has been on my tbr for a while and Ive finally had time to read it!

Its a 4 star rating for me just cos for me 5 stars has to be absolutley fantastic and I really enjoyed this read but just not quite 5 stars.

I think its because I felt like I needed to see more of Reed's story, it felt like all the secrets came out in like a few lines and we didnt really get a resolution to him and Hannah even in the epilogue.

And i will read the next books in the series just to see how moving to the country storyline works out...

Hannah is a cutie and kids in MM storys is one of my faves along with meddling parents. ( )

Reed absolutely broke me in this book! He was desperately trying to keep his secrets to himself about his sister and their financial/living situation that he was willing to go outside his comfort zone for money.

Carter instantly noticed this about Reed and slowly maneuvered his way into Reed's life to show that he cared for him and whatever he was hiding. They became so possessive of each other and didn't want to share with anyone else.

Carter's Moms were funny, caring and sweet showing all their support for their relationship from the start.

Looking forward to reading more in this series! ( )

Cora Rose is a new to me author. Yet, I am a fan of Nicole Dykes. So, when I say this book, I knew I had to read it. It is amazing! This book was giving me a combination of vibes from both of Nicole's Spark of Hope and Kensley Panthers series. The emotions from Hope and the angst from Panthers. I am here for it all. Looking forward to continuing this series.

Carter is the one with being on camera experience. I like that he did not push reed into anything he was uncomfortable with. The tenderness in which he showed towards Reed was sweet. The more that I got to know of Reed, the more that I fell for him. Cora and Nicole, you ladies slayed it with this book! ( )
