This book is a good guided reading book because it comes in different reading levels. You can use this book to work with small groups adjusting the group activities by abilities. I used this book to talk about character traits. This story is a fable so it uses very descriptive language when discussing the main character's thoughts and actions. The Badger has very strong traits that the students can easily identify. I then had the students find evidence to support why they chose that character trait. This book could also be used to introduce students to different genres of books. For Example, fables. geen besprekingen | voeg een bespreking toe
