What is a bat? This book begins with explaining that bats are mammals . They are warm blooded and their babies survive off milk from the mothers. They talk about megabats and microbats. Bats can have all types of bodies that are determined by what food they eat and where they live. The book talks about how bats use echolocation to locate and find food. The book talks about roosting and what bats like to eat. They eat bananas and mango's and other fruit.
Personal Reaction:
I did not know much about bats so this book was full of new information. I enjoyed learning something new.
