Academic leadership is challenging on many levels. Faculty (rightly so) spend most of their "teaching time" focused on the courses they are assigned to teach, so helping them think about the larger student success role they may play can be a hard sell. This book looks at the culture in place and at creative redesigns of campus culture and practices that might help an academic institution move forward.
