This is one of the greatest German baking books we have ever found. Each and every receipe has a photo of the end product and the receipes cover everything from the simple to the elaborate. This edition is written in German, however, we have seen an edition in English, which interestingly has increased both the salt and sugar in all of the receipes. ( )
