I think this book is a great way for students to learn about their own bodies and bodily functions. It is fascinating information they will easily intrigue them. The book is filled with astonishing details and illustrations that they are able to read, color and learn from. I wish I would have had something like this when I was young to learn more about my body. Students love learning about themselves because it is relevant and meaningful to their lives. I think it is a great book for all students to have when focusing on a unit about the different systems in the body and just the human body in general! I really like that this book has so many interactive things for the kids to do, while also giving a description of how certain things like our voice box and taste buds work. You could easily use this book for multiple lessons and also have them keep for something to look back on if they have questions in future classes.
