Wesley’s mom has been back and forth in and out of jail. She was addicted to drugs. She had came out of rehab and wanted to make a change in he daughter’s life and hers also. Her daughter didn’t really trust her as much as she use to. She had a felling that her mom would try to fight over her and get custody. Wesley’s mom put her through a lot as a teen.
I do recommend this book because it gives people the perspective of how a teenager could go through so much stuff as a young adult.
The narrator is Earl Sewell and the characters are Wesley, Barbara, Jordan, Sabrina, Keysha, and Justine. (
