SYNOPSIS -
SYBIL is talented with organization and smart as a whip. She has the ability to take natural resources and use them well in the 15th century. Chemistry, medicine and a master chef. She is VINCENT’s challenge. He must make her fall in love with him without touching her (you know what I mean) and then leave. He is also one of the best musicians of all time. IAN, the short ugly guy, is persistent about having Sybil as his wife. He causes some trouble but Vincent puts that issue to rest quickly. Vincent takes Sybil to his home where she finds an ominous atmosphere around the castle. The DANZEL and Mac HUGH clans have a dark history. The DONAL clan is in this from beginning to end. Oh, and do not forget WAIF, Sybil’s vicious pet wolf, who becomes Vincent’s best friend.

FAVORITE PART: Vincent and LSD. Totally funny

LEAST FAVORITE PART: Hate the way the book ended. Dark history between the clans was confusing. The author should have expounded upon the history in previous chapters or lengthened the book.

YOU WILL LIKE THIS BOOK IF YOU LIKE: Historical romance. A 15th century intelligent woman. A man being challenged and meeting his match. Denial of the existence of love.

This book gets THREE STARS. I like the story line. Felt the author spent too much time on some elements of the book and not enough time on others. ( )
