This is an interesting book letting the reader learn about what can happen in a minute. The author included some fun activities that the reader may attempt to do, like singing the alphabet three times or attempting 60 jumping jacks.The illustrator includes pictures of explanations of time provided by the author.The author includes explanation of time with both an analog and digital clock. I found the pages showing the measurement of time along with the clocks useful since it would let the reader see the measurement of time (i.e. 45, 30, and 10 minutes).
The author includes a minute activity that lets the reader time their day. The last page includes a glossary, index, and additional resources to learn more about time (i.e. books and websites). This is a fun way to introduce minutes to students since they can see time in word format, as well as in clock forms.
