It is full of little bits of knowledge, some I knew and some I did not know. And this is the kind of book that if you do not have a whole lot of time to devote to reading cover to cover - which is where I'm currently at - you can pick it up and read a few pages and be completely satisfied. I think my favorite part is about the animal totems and birthday traditions. I plan on buying more copies for friends and family members that may enjoy it.
