It was very easy to read and enjoy, however, it could get a tad boring at times. I agree with the review below that it would be a tad boring for a classroom ( ) Comprised of quick and colorful poems inspired primarily by nature, "When Whale Exhale" takes simple experiences and exposes them in fun rhythmic fashion. Constance Levy uses these naturally inspired poems, which range from letting an ant crawl on your hand to playing in the snow, to entertainingly show how wonderment is everywhere to children. Eventhough this book is intended for readers in higher grades, the subject matter and writing styles would be easily understood by younger students. geen besprekingen | voeg een bespreking toe
