It is scary enough to fit the theme of the night but has a happy ending so kids aren't going to bed frightened. The story has a good message - we shouldn't judge people on hearsay and sometimes scary monsters are actually just friendly little creatures. The illustrations in this book are beautiful and my kids loved joining in with the 'Tappity Tap! What was that?', shouting it as loud as they could. I love this book as much as they do, so this is sure to become a bedtime favourite. ( ) geen besprekingen | voeg een bespreking toe
A slightly hairy but not-too-scary monster story! It's a dark and stormy night, and Owl, Mouse and Rabbit are all afraid of the Monster of the Woods. But the three friends are about to discover that scary monsters are not always as scary as they seem . . . Geen bibliotheekbeschrijvingen gevonden. |
