some good information, some great activities and the ways they help kids incorporate and develop skills. but a little too basic, a little lacking in how the activities specifically help with development and skill building. i think most people with a book like this would be ok with delving more in depth with the kinds of things that these activities really help or focus on from a developmental or body standpoint, more than the vague "balance" or "visual tracking" keywords. still, i found some fun things that i think will also be beneficial, and i did like how it's broken out into basic for younger kids, intermediate for older young kids, and more advanced for older kids. and most of these activities (they're a little too targeted to hit developmental things to call them games) are fun for anyone, and would help kids with different issues or no issues at all.
