I read this book to a class on pre-kindergarten kids and at first they were confused about the concept of “Nobody” being George’s imaginary friend, but as the book went on, for the most part, they caught on. This book is about loneliness and a little boy trying not to be lonely, so he creates an imaginary friend. This book would be a good book to read to children who have an imagination or are an only child themselves. ( ) This book is about a little boy and his imaginary friend, Nobody. When George is the only one awake in his house he decides he wants to have fun. He does all kinds of things around the house from playing to cooking with Nobody. When his parents wake up they find a mess in the kitchen and decides to join George and his cooking. Nobody disappears because he feels left out, but soon George tell his parents about Nobody and he reappears. geen besprekingen | voeg een bespreking toe
